All signers must provide current, legal photo ID, preferably a state-issued driver or non-driver ID or U.S. Passport. Acceptable ID is that which is current or has been issued within five years, contains a photograph and description of the person named on it, shall be signed by the person, shall bear a serial or other identifying number, and in the event that the document is a passport, shall have been stamped by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service.

Affiliated with both the National Notary Association (NNA) and the National Association of Signing Agents (NSA), Touch O’ Gold Mobile Notary Services has been serving the community since 1996. As for our equipment, with high speed cable Internet service, the ability to accept e-mail documents that are laser printed on both letter and legal size paper, and copy/fax any necessary documents for loan packages in both letter and legal paper formats, you can rest assured that all the necessary technology and newest equipment is available to handle transactions smoothly and efficiently. And when it’s necessary to destroy confidential documents, a cross-cut paper shredder gets the job done quite effectively. When needed, photographs are taken with a digital camera.
