I will handle all information that is given to me, or that I am exposed to, with the highest level of confidentiality to ensure integrity in all aspects of the service I provide.
I will treat all people as I would like to be treated to maintain respect, equality and fairness.
I will keep my client updated as to the status of the loan signing at all times.
I will inform my client immediately of any changes, concerns, or requests made by the borrowers.
I will perform the loan signing in a reliable and professional manner. I will pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
I will return loan documents to the parties as instructed in a timely manner. I will make every effort to send the documents out via the designated carrier by the earliest available pick up time.
I will always be honest and ethical.
